Museum Tower
Located at 285 Centennial Olympic Park Drive, Museum Tower at Centennial Hill lives up to its name by evoking the richness and quality of a fine museum. For instance, the exterior of the building has been called a “landmark” development because of it’s elegant façade. Inside, guests will immediately feel impressed, yet comfortable, in the grand lobby. Yet, the true masterpieces of Museum Tower are the custom details that embellish the luxury condominiums.
The building contains 167 stylish one and two bedroom units. They range in size from 864 square feet to more than 1,800 square feet. Listed prices are from $257,000 to more than $700,000.
The Museum Tower provides a host of amenities, all geared toward making residents feel pampered and well taken care of. From the minute you pull up through the gated, controlled automobile entrance, it is clear that this condominium tower provides true hotel-like service. Residents can enjoy 24-hour concierge service, a private park, rooftop pool with skyline views, business and fitness centers, a catering kitchen for entertaining, and a richly appointed clubroom, complete with a grand piano. There is also a lovely guest suite available by reservation.
The developer, Southeast Capital Partners, says demand for homes at the Museum Tower has been strong, partly because of the spaciousness of the homes. It claims its units are 30 percent larger on average than other properties available in Downtown or Midtown Atlanta. Buyers are also attracted to the location, which overlooks Centennial Olympic Park. The neighborhood is great for walking or jogging. Plus, it is convenient to many of Atlanta’s biggest attractions, including the Georgia Aquarium and World of Coca-Cola. It is also close to some of the city’s best dining, shopping, and entertainment venues. In keeping with it’s name “Museum Tower,” there are plans to bring real museum to the complex. The Children’s Museum of Atlanta will find a home at the site and become and integral part of life at the Museum Tower.
