Project Citycenter
Project Citycenter's first phase will include 1,650 luxury condominium-hotel units along with 4,000 room hotel casino, three 400-room boutique hotels and 550,000 square feet of retail, dining, and entertainment space. Project Citycenter will be located on the site of the Boardwalk Hotel and Casino is still in the development process and construction of the first phase will take approximately 42 months, with an opening anticipated in 2010. Project CityCenter will be located on Las Vegas Boulevard, between Bellagio and the Monte Carlo Hotel and Casino.
Amenities:
The on-Strip location will provide easy access to the exciting casinos, restaurants and nightlife that Las Vegas has to offer. Amenities have yet to be announced.
