The Sandhurst will feature traditional apartments and lofts as well as innovative "sky loft duplexes". Sandhurst will be centrally located near the upcoming World Market in the city's Parkway Center just south of the Clark County Goverment Center in downtown Las Vegas. Initial plans call for a thirty four story tower with 408 uits, two more towers and commercial space are also planned for the land. Construction is slated to beging in early 2005, with completion for fall 2006.
