The Cosmopolitan
The Cosmopolitan will be two 600 foot-tall towers connected to a five-story low-rise with 300,000 square feet of retail, restaurants and entertainment space. The four million square foot facility will offer more then 2,400 hotel and condo-hotel style rooms, it will be a mixed-use facility that offers the best of gaming entertainment and residental living. It will also offer a 1,800 seat theater and a 70,000 square foot casino. The Cosmopolitan will be located on Las Vegas Boulevard and will break ground in early 2005 and be open in early 2008.
