The Residences at MGM Grand has teamed up with Turnberry Associates to develop the first ever condominium-hotel complex on the World Famous Las Vegas Strip. This 116 acre site will house up to six 40-story towers, each tower containing 576 residences. Most owners are expected to purchase the properties as vacation condos and when the owners are absent the MGM will rent it out as vacation units. The Residences at MGM Grand will be located on the grounds of MGM grand Hotel & Casino, which features spa services, five fools, fitness facilities, shopping, world-class dining and a 171,000 square-foot casino.
