The “Queen City” is a big city with a small-town charm. You can go out to a sophisticated club one night and to a farmer’s market the next morning. While its roots extend back to the 1700s, it is a young city at heart with plenty to do.
Charlotte’s condo market is booming. According to The Littlejohn Group, approximately 1,300 units currently on the market. Of those, about 1,000 are under contract to a buyer, and only 300 are unsold. More are being proposed and planned. It is projected that another 1,200 high-rise units will come to market in the next two years.
