The Pinnacle
One of the latest additions to Cleveland, Ohio’s skyline is The Pinnacle, an 11-story residential condo in the city’s historic Warehouse District. Bordering Lake Erie, the Warehouse District was the site of Cleveland’s first pioneering settlement, and over its 200-year history, it has served both commercial and residential purposes. Currently, the area is being redeveloped as one of the city’s most fashionable new urban neighborhoods, providing highly desirable living space in renovated lofts and century-old warehouses, as well as in brand new construction like The Pinnacle.
The Pinnacle features a unique exterior design that blends with the older structures around it, yet stands out as fresh and contemporary. Inside, the building provides 80 exceptionally spacious residential units, ranging from one bedroom/one bath to three bedroom/three baths, some with dens. Several of the penthouses are two-level residences with a second floor loft overlooking the living area. Most notable is the enormous size of even the smallest residences, which might include a 21'x26' living room and 15'x22' bedroom. The largest penthouse offers a living/dining space 69' long, and a master bedroom suite with his and her bathrooms and walk-in closets. All units have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies–some offer larger terraces–to let in the sunlight and capture stirring views of the Cleveland skyline and the lakefront.
Kitchens are equipped with maple or oak cabinetry with granite counter tops. Flooring is hardwood, with ceramic tile in kitchens, bathrooms, and utility rooms. Residents can choose from various styles of designer lighting, and units come with ceiling fans with or without lights, operable windows, and sound insulation. The Pinnacle also provides a landscaped rooftop garden, state-of-the-art fitness center, secure indoor parking, and concierge services. The Pinnacle is pre-wired for cable TV and high-speed Internet, and features a sophisticated security system.
The Pinnacle is walking distance from Cleveland’s downtown business center and the city’s popular pro sports arenas. Just outside the door, the vibrant Warehouse District offers a wealth of eclectic boutique shopping, fine and casual dining, and trendy nightlife. To encourage the redevelopment of the area, tax abatements are offered to property owners.
