The Plaza at Turtle Creek
For the ultimate in luxury and personal service, the Plaza at Turtle Creek, Dallas, is managed by Rosewood Management, which also operates The Mansion, a neighboring five-star hotel. The 18-story Plaza residential condo occupies an enviable location in Dallas’ upscale Turtle Creek area, and residents share many of The Mansion’s amenities, including room service from The Mansion’s renowned restaurant, 24-hour concierge services, absentee home care, access to two fully-equipped fitness centers, a Tuscan-styled wine cellar with individual wine vaults, swimming pool with flagstone terraces, and a private, two-acre nature preserve with walking trails. The Plaza calls it “the concierge lifestyle.”
Like The Mansion, the Plaza is designed with the clean lines and Mediterranean flavor of Italian Renaissance styling. The Plaza offers 49 residential units in about a dozen different room configurations, one unit a two-story residence with the master suite–including a cozy sitting room–occupying the entire second floor. Other units range from one-bedroom/1.5 baths of more than 1,300 square feet, to three-bedroom/4.5 bath residences of 3,990 square feet. All have terraces, with the appealing feature of French door access, rather than standard sliding glass. Ceilings are 10, 11, and 12 feet high for a light, airy feel. Flooring is hardwood in most living areas, with carpeting in bedrooms, and hand-laid limestone with tumbled marble accents in bathrooms. Units also feature crown molding throughout, with gas fireplaces in living/great rooms. Kitchens are equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, custom-made wood cabinetry, and granite and marble counter tops and finishes.
All residences are exceptionally roomy, with walk-in closets even in secondary bedrooms, and his and her walk-ins in master suites. Many units provide separate libraries and media rooms, breakfast nooks as well as dining rooms, and the convenience of butler’s pantries and wet bars.
Though comfortably traditional in feel, the Plaza provides state-of-the-art wiring for telecommunications, Internet, cable and satellite TV. Heating and air-conditioning is individually-controlled.
Turtle Creek is quiet and private, yet provides minutes-away access to world-class shopping in Dallas’ Uptown area. The Arts District, with galleries, museums, theaters, and other entertainment options are conveniently nearby.
