Madrigal Lofts

The designing talents of Davis, Carter, Scott Ltd. give a new freshness to a historic form, with the creation of Madrigal Lofts, a twelve story high loft style condominium, soon to be taking shape in the Penn Corridor section of Washington, DC.  The unique architectural features will combine to create living spaces which will be fresh, open and uplifting.  Madrigal Lofts is the second residential place to be being built in Mount Vernon Place and is considered to be the primer loft opportunity to what is fast becoming one of Washington, DC’s most sought after addresses.
